Ingredients

  • 1 izzio Everything Sandwich Roll
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz hot smoked salmon
  • 4 stalks blanched asparagus
  • 3/4 c arugula
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Cut izzio Artisan Bakery Everything Sandwich Roll lengthwise. Toast until golden brown.
  • Step 02
    While bread is toasting, prep asparagus. Thinly slice on a bias and salt liberally. Set aside.
  • Step 03
    Once bread is toasted, spread cream cheese in an even layer. Top with salmon, asparagus, and arugula.
  • Step 04
    Squeeze lemon wedge across toast and finish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
