Ingredients

  • 1/2 izzio Roasted Garlic Sourdough Batard
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2.5 oz arugula
  • 1/2 c roasted red bell peppers
  • 8oz mozzarella balls (such as ciliegne)
  • 1/3 c basil
  • Olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    If ciabatta is fresh, slice into 1 in cubes and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until crisp but not browned.
  • Step 02
    Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Toss with your favorite dressing (balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing work especially well here!)
  • Step 03
    Serve right away or let sit in an airtight container overnight so bread can absorb the juices and dressings.
