Ingredients

  • 1 Izzio Organic Demi Baguette
  • 4 oz marinated beets, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1/3 c labne
  • 1 tsp extra hot horseradish
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or dill, for serving
  • 2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Cut Izzio Organic Demi Baguette into ½ in slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Broil baguette on low for 3 mins then flip to ensure even toasting on each side.
  • Step 02
    In a small bowl, season beets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 03
    In another bowl, combine labne, horseradish, and olive oil. Mix then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 04
    Arrange crostini on serving platter and top with labne and beets. Finish with fresh herbs and chopped hazelnuts.
