Crispy Prosciutto Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 slice of izzio San Francisco Style Sourdough
3 slices prosciutto
¼ lemon
½ avocado
Avocado oil, for spraying pan
Flaky salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Place a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lay 3 slices of prosciutto in pan. Cook, undisturbed for 3-5 minutes, until fat renders and prosciutto turns golden brown. Flip and cook an additional 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  • Step 02
    Transfer prosciutto to cutting board and coarsely chop. Slice or mash avocado and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 03
    Toast izzio Sourdough until golden brown.
  • Step 04
    Place avocado on toast, squeeze lemon wedge, and top with crispy prosciutto. Finish with freshly cracked black pepper and flaky salt and serve.
