Ingredients

  • 1/2 izzio Organic Demi-Baguette
  • 1.5 oz tripe cream brie cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp walnuts
  • 5 sage leaves
  • Spray oil
  • Honey, to taste
  • Flaky salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Cut Izzio Organic Demi Baguette lengthwise. Toast until cut side is a light golden brown.
  • Step 02
    Meanwhile, “fry” your sage. Place sage leaves on a microwave safe plate, spray oil on both sides, and microwave in 30 second increments until crispy.
  • Step 03
    Remove bread from toaster oven, layer with brie, cranberries, walnuts, and fried sage leaves.
  • Step 04
    Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  • Step 05
    Close your sandwich and allow heat from the toasted bread to warm the Brie.
  • Step 06
    Serve immediately.
