Grilled Peach, Burrata, and Hot Honey Crostini

Ingredients

4-6 slices izzio Rustic Italian Sourdough Boule
4 peaches
1 4 oz ball burrata
1/4 c thai basil
2 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
hot honey, to taste
olive oil, for greasing and to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Light grill to medium heat.
  • Step 02
    Halve peaches and remove the pit. Drizzle bread and peaches with olive oil.
  • Step 03
    Grill peaches 15 minutes until tender, flipping half way. Unripe peaches may take longer to soften. Grill bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until charred. Remove peaches and bread from grill.
  • Step 04
    Cut bread in half and peaches into slices. Arrange bread on serving platter and top with peach slices, burrata, basil, hazelnuts, hot honey, and olive oil to taste.
  • Step 05
    Serve immediately.
