Ingredients

2 slices izzio San francisco Style Sourdough Boule
2 tbsp mayo
3 slices cheddar cheese
⅓ c kimchi

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Spread one side of each slice of bread with mayo.
  • Step 02
    Lightly drain kimchi of excess juice and coarsely chop.
  • Step 03
    Place bread, mayo side down, in a skillet over medium high heat. Layer cheese, followed by kimchi.
  • Step 04
    Cover with lid and cook until cheese has melted. Assemble sandwich and continue cooking until golden brown on both slices of bread.
  • Step 05
    Serve warm.
