Ingredients

  • 2 slices izzio Organic Lucky 7 Multigrain Sourdough
  • ½ c whole milk ricotta
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 c grape tomatoes, halved
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Toast 2 slices Izzio Artisan Bakery Organic Lucky 7 Multigrain.
  • Step 02
    In a small bowl, add ricotta. Zest lemon into bowl and add a big pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
  • Step 03
    In another bowl, add tomatoes. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, a big pinch of salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Step 04
    Once bread is toasted, rub with raw garlic clove. Evenly distribute ricotta on both slices, top with basil, then spoon dressed tomatoes on top. Finish with flaky salt and fresh ground black pepper.
