Ingredients

  • 1 izzio Everything Sourdough Sandwich Roll
  • 1/2 c Surimi (imitation crab)
  • 1/2 c edamame
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 persian cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp furikake
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • spicy mayonnaise, for drizzling

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Slice Izzio Everything Sourdough Sandwich lengthwise. Toast until golden brown.
  • Step 02
    In a small bowl, mash together avocado and edamame. Add 1 tsp rice vinegar, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Step 03
    Once bread is toasted, spread avocado mixture on both slices. Top with persian cucumber, surimi, and furikake.
  • Step 04
    Optionally drizzle with spicy mayonnaise and serve. #entrees #savory #specialdiet
