Ingredients

  • 2 slices Izzio Rustic Potato Sourdough
  • 1 5oz can tuna in olive oil
  • ½ tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp sliced kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp sliced shallot
  • 2 tbsp fresh, tender herbs (like chives, parsley, or dill)
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • A dash of hot sauce
  • 6 large basil leaves

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Toast Izzio Artisan Bakery Sourdough Half Loaf until golden brown. Cut slices into chip-sized wedges.
  • Step 02
    Prepare parchment-lined quarter sheet. Place toasted bread wedges evenly across sheet.
  • Step 03
    Layer cheese, beef, and beans.
  • Step 04
    Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
  • Step 05
    Remove from broiler, and finish with rest of toppings. Serve immediately.
