Ingredients

  • 2 slices izzio San Francisco Style Sourdough
  • 1 heaping tbsp sundried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 medium heirloom tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Cut heirloom tomato into ½ inch thick slices and season with salt. Set aside.
  • Step 02
    Finely chop 1 heaping tablespoon of sundried tomatoes. Fold into mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  • Step 03
    Drizzle oil from jar of sundried tomatoes in a skillet over medium high heat. Add slices of Izzio San Francisco Style Sourdough and fry for a few minutes on each side until crispy and golden.
  • Step 04
    Place sourdough slices on serving plate, slather with sundried tomato mayo, and top with salted heirloom tomato slices. Serve immediately.
