Ingredients

  • 2 slices izzio Organic San Francisco Style Sourdough
  • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp matcha, sifted
  • 1 tsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 honey mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Toast 2 slices of Izzio Organic San Francisco Style Sourdough till golden brown.
  • Step 02
    In a small bowl, add softened cream cheese, a teaspoon of powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder, and 1 tsp of coconut milk. Stir together until matcha is fully mixed in and mixture is solid green. If necessary, add additional splash of coconut milk to thin out.
  • Step 03
    Spread matcha cream cheese on toast and top with thinly sliced mango. Top with toasted coconut.
