Ingredients

  • 2 slices izzio Organic San Fransisco Sourdough (can swap for any izzio bread of your choice)
  • ¼ c whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ c ube jam
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened, toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ tsp instant coffee, optional

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Heat Organic San Francisco Style Sourdough Batard according to package instructions. Slice and toast 2 thick slices until golden brown.
  • Step 02
    In a small bowl, add cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and optional instant coffee. Stir to combine.
  • Step 03
    Using the back of a spoon, alternate layers of cream cheese mixture and ube across surface of toast.
  • Step 04
    Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
