Ingredients

  • 2 slices izzio Organic Rustic Italian Sourdough
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon wedge
  • salt and pepp
  • 1/4 c dino kale
  • 1/4 c marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 persian cucumber, thinly sliced,
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Toast 2 slices Izzio Artisan Bakery San Francisco Style Sourdough.
  • Step 02
    To a small bowl, add mayo, chives, juice of lemon wedge, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Step 03
    Once bread is toasted, spread lemon chive mayo on both sides.
  • Step 04
    Layer kale, artichoke, cucumer, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts and assemble sandwich. Serve immediately.
