  • 1/4 izzio Olive Oil Sea Salt Focaccia
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 5 blackberries
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Flaky salt, for serving

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Cut 1/4 izzio Olive Oil Sea Salt Focaccia Lengthwise. Toast until golden brown.
  • Step 02
    While bread is toasting, prepare the fruit. Cut banana into thin slices and halve blackberries.
  • Step 03
    Once focaccia is toasted, spread cashew butter in an even layer. Distribute banana, blackberries, and hemp seeds in alternating pattern over cashew butter.

    Drizzle maple syrup. Finish with flaky sea salt to taste. Serve immediately.
