Ingredients

  • 1 izzio Rosemary Garlic Focaccia
  • 1/4 c pitted green olives, such as Castelvetrano or Manzanilla
  • 1/3 c marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c sliced ham
  • ¼ c low moisture mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line one baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 02
    Prep toppings: cut mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes, slice olives and artichokes in half, and cut ham into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 03
    Place Izzio Rosemary Garlic Focaccia on prepared baking sheet and top with mozzarella, then olives, artichoke hearts, and ham.
  • Step 04
    Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and focaccia is crisped.
