Raspberry Chia Jam Toast

Ingredients

1 c frozen raspberries
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp maple syrup
A squeeze of lemon juice
2 slices of your favorite izzio bread

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Thaw out frozen raspberries in a medium bowl.
  • Step 02
    Once thawed, add chia seeds, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Crush with potato masher or back of a large spoon.
  • Step 03
    Allow chia jam to sit for 10 minutes. Jam will thicken.
  • Step 04
    Give jam a final stir and slather on Organic Ancient Grains Sourdough Sandwich Bread.
  • Step 05
    Store leftover jam in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
