Ingredients

  • 1 izzio French Baguette
  • 2 4oz packages goat cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder
  • 1 pint fresh berries of your choice, coarsely chopped
  • Olive oil for drizzling and serving
  • Optional: honey, balsamic vinegar, balsamic glaze, date syrup

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Slice Izzio Artisan Bakery French Baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toast, flipping half way through to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  • Step 02
    Meanwhile, transfer 1 package goat cheese to a small bowl. Add 1/2 tsp butterfly pea powder and mix to combine. For a deeper blue, add extra pea powder in 1/4 tsp increments.
  • Step 03
    Once crostini are toasted, open plain goat cheese. Alternate colors of goat cheese, using the back of a spoon, until surface of crostini are covered in goat cheese.
  • Step 04
    Top with mixed berries and drizzle with extra olive oil and flaky salt.
  • Step 05
    For an extra kick, finish crostini with our optional ingredient drizzles.
