2 slices izzio San Francisco Style Sourdough
2-3 tbsp European-style cultured butter
2 French radishes
Flaky salt, for serving

Instructions

    Toast izzio San Francisco Style Sourdough until golden brown.
  • Step 02
    Thinly slice French radishes. Optionally place slices in a bowl with ice water for a few minutes to crisp radishes.
  • Step 03
    Generously spread both slices of bread with butter. Top with radishes and finish with flaky salt.
