Chili Crisp Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

2 tbsp chili crisp
2 eggs, beaten
2 slices izzio Sprouted Seeds Sourdough Sandwich Bread
½ small heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1 radish, thinly sliced
1 slice gouda cheese
½ c arugula
Salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste
Avocado oil spray, optional

Instructions

  • Step 01
    Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Optionally spray with avocado oil. Add chili crisp to pan.
  • Step 02
    Once chili crisp is sizzling, add beaten eggs and cook until mostly set.
  • Step 03
    Place bread slices on top of egg and continue cooking until egg has cooked through and adhered to bread.
  • Step 04
    Carefully flip egg and toast. Fold eggs until entirely on top of toast.
  • Step 05
    . Add cheese and vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
  • Step 06
    Close sandwich and allow bread to toast in the pan until desired crispness. Remove from pan and serve.
